They don’t return phone calls!
Rickets took down a 30 yr. old wind damaged sweet gum tree in our back yard, ground the stump, roots and another older stump, cleaned up, and smoothed out all the dirt and debris, even from our neighbor’s driveway, which they had to use for access. They were friendly, prompt, efficient and reasonable. I have to add that it only took them 4 hours, even with high temperature and humidity. We are left with nothing to do but sow grass seed.
Very pleased with the tree removal service. They are professional, have great teamwork and take pride in their work. The clearance and cleanup was spot on. Would definitely encourage anyone to contact them for an estimate.

Large maple tree removed from our backyard, it was in a tight spot and had to be lifted over the house...it was amazing how well the crew worked together to insure all went well and safe. Tree and stump gone and the clean up was superb...I have used Rickert Tree Service in the past and will not hesitate to use them again...

The crew showed up on time with their amazing equipment and trimmed three trees quickly and efficiently. Clean up was great. I highly recommend Rickert.
Very questionable bidding by Rickert. They gave us an estimate of $1,300 to cut down one medium-sized Bradford Pear tree (without removing the stump). Another landscaping company offered to do it for $380. Everyone we spoke with from Rickert was pleasant and friendly, so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1.
