I would not have left any stars but had to chose one...I hired Vonda Mociun to draw up settlement papers on the sale of a residence. Her fee was $245. Ms. Mociun made a gross error on HUD paperwork, costing me $3500. Weeks after closing, she demanded the money. I requested she deduct her fee for her gross error.
