Would NOT recommend this surgeon or practice. Had knee replacement (my second) 1 1/2 years ago. Pre-op class inadequate, office staff appear uncaring, return phone calls nonexistent. Surgeon follow-up not there. He is great alright, but only in his God complex. Questions answered flippantly. Was really hard to get physical therapy orders and continue to have pain and swelling in spite of completing physical therapy, trekking through India and several months of water exercise. He was supposed to clear me to walk 6 weeks after my surgery, but never actually intended on seeing me. He said the other surgeon and him agreed that he would just get reports from the other surgeon, which I was never told and it seemed the other surgeon was never told since he kept expecting Dr. Wright to see me. He finally did after I had multiple issues, at which point he told me basically that I just *thought* there was a problem because I'm a woman. If you're looking for a no nonsense exceptional doctor, he's the one for you. Not high ratings on bedside manner but my knee replacement and recovery was great!
Dr Rick Wright did a knee and shoulder surgery on me and both went great with no issues. He knows his stuff and doesn't mess around.
