I had an awful experience with Rick Williams. He lied and told me that my vehicle didn't have mechanical problems. Then when I confronted him about it, he offered to help fix the problem but did nothing but give me the run around. He never returned my calls and I feel I was totally taken advantage of! He sold my loan to a finance company and once he got his money, didn't want anything to do with me. Horrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend his place of business to anyone!

After the terrible service I got at another dealership in Tarboro today, it was great to go to the lot and receive ABSOLUTE AMAZING service. I went there, told him what I had and what I needed and he got it done. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
