I have been a patient of Dr. Waks, Arlene Wright and now Amanda Simone. They are knowledgeable, professional and listen to your concerns. I have always received excellent care. The staff is right on top of email messages/prescription refills through the portal.
Knows my complicated conditions and his PA is fantastic!
I have been a patient of Dr Waks for over 25 years. He is very compassionate and through. He listens to all my concerns. Julie, his nurse is also wonderful.
"Great Bedside Manner." Takes time to answer all questions. Very helpful during the appointment and afterwards. Great nurse Julie as well.
Dr. Waks and his nurses (Julie and Tabatha) are wonderful. They treat you with patience, respect, and dignity; instead of just another body to look after. I have been a patient for 10+ years and they have seen me through many health issues. His diagnoses and treatment have always been accurate.
Dr. Waks is the most caring doctor around! His nurse, Julie, is also wonderful. I have been seeing them for 20 years now and followed them from Lee Health to Millenium.
Dr. Waks has been my family doctor for more than 10 years. I could not be more grateful for all that he has done for us over the years! We are truly lucky to have you!
Doctor and staff are rude and are not easily accessible. They do not listen to their patients requests, and are not up to date on any of the COVID treatments. During a pandemic, I would think that would be a priority. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Stay away!
WORST practice in SWFL. Incompetent beyond reproach. The nurses (Tabatha and Julie) are rude and inconsiderate and shouldn’t be interacting with patients. Do not put your health or your families health in the hands of these people. Stay clear of Dr. Richard Waks and Arlene Wright.
