I wanted to thank the Rick Ruiz team for selling our second home now last week. I would recommend Rick and his staff to anyone. It's a tough market out there right now, and he still managed to find a client to buy our home. Rick is two for two with selling our properties.

Rick Ruiz and his team did an amazing job. They were patient and worked with our schedule and each time we went out to look at houses he always came with at least ten different houses so we weren’t wasting our time.
