Rick Roland is an unethical real estate agent that purposefully negotiates a buyer to a worse standing position. On Friday, June 5, I viewed and put a bid in on a house Rick was selling for his client. My offer was initially $5,000 above list price, I would escalate up to $15,000 above list, and I asked for the seller to pay $4,000 in closing.
