My wife and I have now bought several vehicles from Rick Ridings in Monticello and have always had good experience there. We gravitate to Rick Ridings because of their always huge selection of slightly used vehicles. Our salesman was Jacob Marshky. I cannot beginning to explain how much these guys helped me out! My car was involved in a hit and run accident and completely totaled my car. I needed a car ASAP to get to work. Louis helped me find one and did some whittling !!! 10/10 service and would recommend highly!!!

Tyler Smith was my salesperson. I called ahead and told them the truck I was interested in seeing. When I got there he had the truck pulled forward and ready to go. Tyler was not a pushy salesman. He had good knowledge of the truck options and did a good job presenting the truck. Once I bought the truck, they quickly cleaned and fueled the truck. I was in a bit of a hurry to finish the deal and to get back for a previous commitment. The two people I dealt with did a good job of finishing the details as quickly as possible.

Went to just kind of look. Saw a vehicle I liked online and checked to see if it was available. Jessie got back with me and said he would have it ready for me when I got there. Jesse was great to work with and I got the deal I was looking for and drove home in a new car.
