we attempted twice to purchase a vehicle but, to no avail, didn't. I expect good customer service, DIDNT GET IT! I expect not to lied to about the vehicle were purchasing, DIDNT HAPPEN!!! It was very obvious this vehicle had issues, they could even give me a reasonable explanation for the shattered glass under the spare tires... NEVER AGAIN!!!
The staff at Rick Ridings Ford treated me exceptionally well and made my truck purchase as quick & smooth as possible. They even delivered the truck to my home in Decatur the day I bought it! Highly recommend purchasing from here!
