He is a great roofer. He is fair and honest. I would recommend him to everyone
Rick Pisano Roofing did my parent's mobile home roof. The estimate was a fair price as my parents got two other bids. He gave my parents a budget of 1,500.00 for dry rot. he said that was just a budget until the roof get torn off. The dry rot came in at 1,700.00, close to his budget. One of the other companies didn't even mention dry rot would be extra. We just bought our mobile home and we used Rick Pisano Roofing. Beware about this company. Rick doesn't care about anything else but his money. He provided inaccurate estimate and started whenever he felt like, even though our roof was falling apart and it got more damage because of his delay. After a month and a half (from when we signed the contract and deposited 10%) he finally started fixing my roof and kept asking for more and more money. Horrible contractor, I would give zero star if I could.
Took forever to start on my roof (almost 30 days). Once he started, he charged double than what he said he would.
Worst contractor I've worked with.
