I was in awe at the level of service I received. I have been going to Dr. McKenzie for years and wouldn't want to go to anyone else! I lost a filling one evening and was in the the office the next morning getting a temporary until it could be really fixed. His staff is incredible as well - everyone is so friendly and they explain everything to you thoroughly so you know exactly what is going on with your teeth.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.
