We have purchased three cars from Rick Matthews in the last four years! We were treated fairly and professionally each time! There is a great family atmosphere here! Kathy sold us 2 cars and Gregory sold us our latest! They were both patient, helpful and courteous! They truly care about customer satisfaction in my opinion. For years we bought our cars from another local dealership but we are loyal RM customers now!
Horrible place don't recommend nobody to buy a truck hear. Been arguing with them for over a year that I have all the warranty paperwork on my truck and they said there was no such thin. Well guess what I have it all and finally after 2hrs the department management fixed it but still it's been this long need I say more...
