I purchased a GMC Acadia & also extra warranties (5 year warranties) on everything in July 2015. I have had my vehicle back 3 times because the engine light kept coming on and I'm going back with it again today because I've had it in 5 times to get the air conditioning fixed which they can't seem to fix correctly. It was just there 2 weeks ago and it's still not blowing cold. I spoke to the service manager Tom and he says he will have the foreman on it this time. I love Rick Matthews because Donnie Pelham in the service department is AMAZING! I only trust his guys with my truck, anything that has went wrong with my truck I take it to him. Donnie is so friendly and caring and gets the job done.
