He's a very good Ortho and the office works very well for the most part. My review is only 2 stars because their scheduling is a nightmare for anyone who isn't flexible. I have 6 kids and no time. They will only do certain appointments from 8-11am, Monday through Thursday. The Dr takes Fridays off. If you are looking for an ortho and have a flexible schedule, Rick is the guy. If you're looking for an ortho and your schedule is hectic, find someone else.
I can't recommend Dr. Jow enough! Our child's braces recently broke while the office had a week off. We left a message on the machine DURING HIS VACATION and he made accommodations to help my kid from having to have this wire poking at his gums for the week they'd all be gone. Totally appreciate the extra mile. Trust your kids' smiles with him!
Literally transformed my daughters smile! We highly recommend him. He is a perfectionist and does not settle for anything less then the best result possible.
