Be afraid, be very afraid – I think we all know there are plenty of crooks in the automotive business. Well, Rick Johnson is at the top of the list in my opinion. I caught them red-handed charging me for work and parts they did not do. I paid over $250 for new wires, plugs and a tune up. Upon checking under the hood I found the original parts still on the car. Very happy with Rick Johnson Auto & Tire – I am a Veteran with disabilities. I haven't worked on my cars for a long time now and probably shouldn't try on today's cars anyway. Join the "I got taken by Rick Johnson" club! – Yep, my experience was similar. Took my car for brakes and oil change. Not having any problem, just needed the work done. The showroom was empty the day I came (should have been a red flag). Anyway, mysteriously after they began work on it, my vehicle "mysteriously" needed over $1000.00 worth of work. Really stuck it to me – Went in to Rick Johnson because my roommates get their general maintenance done there. My car was over heating before all was said and done my bill was $2138.00 Then when I got the car back it wasn't running right and several bolts that hold the bumper on were not put back on!
