If my car needs an oil change, an inspection, or to be completely restored. My trust is only on Rick Johnson Auto and Tire. The car is always in tip-top shape, even better they get my car back to me in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Honest people When I went there I thought as a woman I was going to get ripped off for sure, but I found they told me I didn't really need all the brake work Tire Choice people said I needed nsteadthey did adust & adjst in the back ad Ipaid less for t front brakes and rotors than the othr place quoted me. I could see they could have taken me but didn't. I wil recomend them to anyone.

I usually drop off my car in the morning and pickup at the end of the day. They call and explain the repairs and give me an estimates before working on my car. They even suggest what issues I will need to consider for repair in the future. They are honest and friendly.

i went there a few months ago for some brake work and when i came and picked up my vehicle i noticed that somebody had gotten into my glove compartment and my center console and pulled out my gps from its little spot so i called and was told that the mechanic was looking for a wheel lock which my car dont have. then i went back again a couple of days ago for an oil change i left and came back an hour later to be told that something broke at my oil plug then to have them tell me it would cost me more now and what really upset... read more

I just noticed this site and had to add my experience with Rick Johnson auto & tire. About four years ago I took my pickup to the south ft. Myers store to have my brakes checked. They told me the total cost for a complete brake job would be over $1200. I told them there was no way I would pay that and told them to put my wheels back on. They got very rude and charged mr $50 just for checking my brakes. AVOID this company, they will really rip you off.

Rick Johnson Auto & Tire serves over 50,000 customers a year. They call all their customers daily and Rick himself handles unsatisfied customers.They have LESS THAN A .03% ratio of unsatisfied customers. I am really sorry if anyone has had a bad experience at Rick Johnson's but for those of you looking at these reviews remember this represent s a tiny portion of their customers and in no way reflects their service. Fair & Honest I've been to several locations and always experience their "Fair & Honest" service. Just like their slogan. Once I went in with a quote from another place for calipers and brakes, and was told I did not even need any of it. I only needed a dust and adjust. I spent $69.00 vs the $708.00 at Tire Kingdom!
