loved my experience at dr. ricks office. as soon as you walk in you are greated kindly and the office is beautiful. the staff is very kind. recommend dr. rick to anyone and everyone. had a spot removed months back and cant even tell where it was does wonderful work
My experiences with Dr. Smith were great! I had a breast reduction, a brow lift and a bi-lateral face lift in about a 10-year time spam. All went very well and I'm very happy with the results. The office staff was very pleasant and professional.
In good conscience, I CANNOT recommend this doctor. Sure, he might be okay for botox injections. But I was considering forehead contouring surgery. He told me that he needed to simply "smooth" the bone on my forehead! After getting a second opinion, however, I found that this surgery is much more dangerous than he made it out to be, and that if my skull isn't scanned to CHECK whether my forehead bone is too close to my sinuses, doing this surgery could be DANGEROUS. I had to several biopsies on my left breast so I needed to have reconstruction work to even them out and also I got them lifted ..... I woke up from my surgery after making it very clear I did not want to be anything bigger than a C and he made me close to a E .....after he had several complaints from me he finally realized he made a mistake because they were falling underneath my armpits ....he double charged me yes he made me pay for it and I still have having issues and never got a lift !!
I only chose 1 star because they make you , As a doctor Rick Smith is amazing His office is not , the office manager is rude , I been trying to get in for atleast 7 months and has had the run around and then finally got an appointment then 3 days before , They call to cancel it saying they are getting ready to submit the papers to no longer accept my insurance? Really ive wasted 7 months just to be canceled on , ridiculous, and this rude office manager. Has 3 different stories on what happed??
