1st, ghosted by Buford Hendricks after filling a credit app (848 btw), so I remember I bought a car from their Duluth location in '23 & it was a good experience back then... well, not so much this time... 85k, you would think a decent customer service experience would be included.. Please fix your website. There is a new popup every ten seconds that blocks the screen making even looking at your inventory an absolute chore.
My experience at hendrick chevy was great, Markis Townsend was great, he wasnt pushy! He calm courteous and patient. Kudos to his customer service
