Staff training. Respond to concerns
Went last night, and had a terrible experience. The kitchen was either extremely understaffed or just plain unprepared for the Valentines Day weekend rush. Had an 8:30 reservation that turned into what seemed like the longest dinner of my life. I think we waited about an hour between the appetizers and the main course, which was cold when it finally arrived. My husband and I celebrated my birthday tonight and Rick Erwins takes the Grand Prize as being rated by us with 5Stars!! The entre was absolutely the best ! My husband said his grouper was the best he’d ever have ! I loved their unique Potatoes Au Gratin ❤️ we ended our meal with the best Creme Brûlée 💝 Everyone who waited on us was so very nice and professional! We will be back !
This is usually our go to place for special nights. No more! The service was terrible, the server was fine personality wise, when he was around. We were constantly without drinks. The new cheesecake just needs to not exist! I was super disappointed with it, absolutely terrible!
