Went to Rick Erwin's in Clemson this evening for the first time. I had the 7 oz Filet Mignon Med Rare and it was delicious. Fantastic seasoning. Real Vanilla Creme Brulee was an honest and well-worth dessert. The Classic Caesar has real anchovy in the dressing but for those of us who don't like the taste of anchovies, it has a great, noninvasive background taste. Very light yet flavorful dressing. We came to enjoy restaurant week and by our 6:15 reservation on a Saturday they were out of the beef wellington that was on the restaurant week menu (1 of the 3 entrée choices), and out of one of the 3 dessert choices (which we didn't find out until just before it was supposed to be brought out). Good meal in the end, but very disappointing to have driven from Greenville for.

We had an excellent meal tonight, I had the bone in ribeye which was fantastic. And my wife had filet mignon which she said was very good. Our service was excellent, we will definitely be repeat customers.
