This place has the WORST customer service. They re great to sell you a car, horrible when you need assistance after purchasing a car. If you purchase a gap insurance finance department will not assist. The person from service department is rude.

La peor experiencia que he tenido. Vine el dia 07 de Julio al servicio de 20,000 millas de mi ID4, cuando vine a recoger mi auto, lo golpearon saltando la pintura de la puerta derecha. Trataron de arreglarlo solo quitando el golpe pero sin arreglar la pintura, yo no recibí el auto hasta que lo arreglaran, hoy 22 de julio 16 días después me dicen que puedo recoger mi auto. Hoy lo estoy recogiendo y ahora tiene arañazos y daños en la puerta trasera del vehículo… No te dan un auto de reemplazo, no te preguntan si debes alquilar... read more
We have been customers for years, but after today we're going to another VW dealership. Hugo and John Castro were the only people there who were always professional and provided great customer service. Today the Hispanic looking male who claimed to be the general manager was rude, condescending, and was racially profiling me! This racist "general manager" drives business away!
