I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I drove two hours for an appointment to see a car, only to be told when I arrived that it had already been sold. They didn’t even bother to call or let me know before I made the trip. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and professionalism. I definitely don’t recommend doing business with them.
The service dept does not live up to the standards of the rest of the dealership. I had taken my car in for routine service on Saturday and the check engine light just came on. I informed my service advisor, whim asked if I had recently gotten gas, I said yes. After a 4 hour wait,I was told I needed to come back Tuesday to see a technician only to find out it was a loose gas cap and was told I would need to pay $250 before I could have my car back. This review is specifically for Rick Case Hyundai Service Center in Duluth and the call center. I brought my vehicle in as a walk-in on Monday morning because I found a nail in a tire. It took almost an hour to do car drop-off. There were at least a dozen people lined up just inside the automatic sliding doors waiting to speak with a service representative. I recently bought a used Genesis GV70 at Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and am extremely disappointed with how the finance side was handled. After getting home and reviewing the paperwork, I discovered I’d been charged over $10,000 in warranties and add-ons that were not clearly explained and that I did not knowingly agree to.
