Daniel Marcy is the best. Knowledgeable and patient. He made the buying experience easy and pleasant (not something I can say of other dealers). Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty. He will not disappoint you.

***Edited AGAIN: we still HAVE NOT received the key we paid $1000+ for in April. Multiple messages left for the dealership to finally be told “Genesis is backed up”. Just confirmed with corporate that the dealership lied and JUST placed the order (mid-June) after receiving our complaints.*** ***Edited to add: 8 hours after pick up for the SECOND TIME AND THE SCREEN JUST STOPPED WORKING*** We dropped off my Genesis (still under warranty) bc the all wheel drive light came on. I recently purchased a Genesis GV80 from Rick Case Duluth. I called about the SUV before hand and spoke with Kush Patel who was very helpful and sent an appointment for me to come test drive! Loved the car! Worked with one of the salesmen, Daniel Marcy and ended up leaving with the car! Daniel was amazing throughout the process and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
