I was trying to buy one Lexus 2024 from there and I was talking with one of there agent very friendly and after a while I was asking questions about something he became rude and very disrespectful his name was Andrew.so this gone be my last time here and they need to fire that disrespect person
Their website says service times are until 6pm, on the call they tell you, drop in anytime before 3pm. But the actual hours are different. Poor service
I brought my Genesis to Rick Case Hyundai of Gwinnett to have a stress fracture in the sunroof evaluated under warranty. At vehicle intake, the technician confirmed there was no external damage, and I also took my own photographs documenting the condition of the vehicle before leaving it with the dealership. Courteous and patient staff.We were undecided about leasing or buying a new Santa Fe. The sales staff and management provided us with the options so help with our decisions. Start to driving away was 2 hours ,most time was our decision. We had requested our salesman to pick the best car for us prior to arrival for our appointment. It was a perfect choice.
