I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership today. First, I want to acknowledge that the sales consultant who helped me, Eric Lee, was excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the process. He took me seriously when I explained my bottom line and was willing to advocate on my behalf with his manager. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership and unfortunately wasted nearly three hours of my day for almost nothing to be done. I brought my car in for an appointment at 1:30 PM on March 6th for what should have been a routine oil change and a quick scan for a check engine light. If you're buying a vehicle from this dealership believing you have a 200,000-mile engine and transmission warranty, it's completely false. Hyundai America offers 60,000 miles. This is just a scam by Rick Case. I say this because I went through it recently. They force you into an endless process that starts with a $276 inspection, which I paid, and then they told me I needed another diagnostic test for $550, which is absurd. After that, they don't guarantee that their external warranty will cover repair costs. Plus, you have ... read more

What an amazing dealership, from sales to service they have it down pat! Everyone I’ve dealt with there (Tammy, Victoria, Matt, Orlando, Andre, Hailey, and McKenzie) have gone above and beyond, 10/10 recommend!
