Disappointed with the lack of technical knowledge and the dismissive attitude at the service department. During my 7,500-mile service, I pointed out that my coolant reservoir was low. The service advisor attempted to tell me this was 'normal' because the engine was hot. This is factually incorrect. Coolant expands when hot; if the level is low while the engine is at operating temperature, it indicates a potential leak or an improper fill from the factory. The service department is horrible. I took my GV80 in to be fixed because the passenger side vents were blowing cold air instead of heat. They told me the actuator needed to be replaced. I paid $1100 in total for the actuator and coolant to be drained and filled and after having my SUV for 9 days, when it finally was ready it still waa not fixed.
