They advertise cars on Carfax and then when you go to the dealership the price is $3,000 more. And when you have to argue and prove your point by showing them their own advertising in Carfax they reluctantly lower and say it is because you did your 'research'. When confronted with this they will laugh in your face and this was from the manager of sales! Oh and let's not forget the $2850 for their 'reconditioning fee'. When we purchased our vehicle in 2019, it included a warranty for free oil changes. When taking the vehicle for service sometimes the warranty was honored other times they did not. In May of 2021, I was told by a representative all should be honored and I was entitled to a refund. I call ****** with Vehicle Administrative Services (VAS) who verified we were entitled to a refund but from the **** **** Hyundai in order to get the full refund. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I know plenty of people have said this before but I definitely mean it. I bought a car at Rick Case Hyundai Weston in 2016. Since then I've always taken my car there for oil changes, or any service I needed done to my car. I decided to take my car in because a check engine light came on the dashboard and I had a brake light out. This was the WORST service I have ever received and will be looking for a car at a new dealer when things are better. It was so easy for them to blame it on a car ac... read more

First of all If I could they would not get a start. My mother and I went to the dealership to purchase a car and since she is pre-approved for 30k with Hyundai bank. We were looking for parking at the dealership and she could find no customer parking so we found a spot near customer parking and as we were trying to park a **** **** young man/ employee approached her car as she was maneuvering to park and yelled at her that she could not park that, so she got nervous and shocked with his reaction and backed up into a cheap ac... read more
