I visited the mechanic shop to pick up parts and everyone just friendly as if they knew me Forever.
Thanks Eddie! I had to do some recall work on my 124 Spider. I was worried because I heard there's been difficulty obtaining the parts to perform the recall but these guys had no trouble. It took a little longer than expected (which I told them I didn't mind)... but they were kind enough to detail the car.
Shady business. I left my car for a diagnostic, depending on how much it would be, I would leave it for the service. Got a quote in an email on what it would be to fix it, requested it in official letterhead, itemized, so they sent me a quote with minimal description of the work to be done, a charge for labour not by hr. yet the total had an extra $1000 for environmental fees and taxes.
