I’ve been a customer of this dealer for the past 3 years with my Giulia. Today, I called to ask about a car part—the person who answered was somewhat helpful but lacked customer service skills and ended the call without saying anything. I’m not expecting premium treatment, but a bit more friendliness and professionalism would go a long way.
Amazing deal, very fast transaction, Olexander was very knowledgeable and quick to attend all my questions with correct information. The entire team made the transactions a breeze, I will recommend it to my friends and come back for my second car. Ty guys!
I’ve had a horrible experience here. They lack costumer service skills and have poor communication. Very disappointed.
My husband came to your dealership Sunday Jan 12th and not one salesmen came to greet him or ask if he needed help. We currently have a 2022 leased Alfa Romeo.! It’s a luxury car and we feel maybe because he was not dressed a certain way maybe they thought he couldn’t afford driving your cars. He was looking around the lot and not one person approached him. It left a bad taste in our mouth.
Becareful with this dealership. I test drove a pretty nice Alfa Romeo recently, but I didn't fall in love with it, so I decided not to move forward with purchasing it. They offered me a small incentive for the test drive, however, the incentive they provided was a fraudulent card that could not be used. When I mentioned it to the person that provided it, they said there was nothing they could do. I don't recommend them and def would not buy any car here.
