NOTE: Many of these good reviews are for people buying a NEW car/truck! However, the reviews for service department are much lower. I had an 8am appointment for 4 wheel alignment today right when they open, that I made over a week ago. I show up 5 minutes early.. I also wanted a tire rotation, they told me they don't have time to do both services because 2 guys called in sick, one of them is a floater. These services don't take long at all! Had to have my headlights serviced, they got me in on a day off, serviced my truck fast, the price was affordable and they even washed my truck! Will most definitely be using them for all my truck needs!!!
My salesmans name is Mekhi Womack. He is an awesome individual and helped out with my purchase, going above and beyond in my opinion! The whole experience at Rick Ball was wonderful! Highly recommend coming in and talking with Mekhi!
I'd give them a zero or no stars if I could. The service manager called me a liar and told me not to come back.
