Wouldn't perform a safety recall on my 2021 E350. I was told to take it to Midway Ford in KC 100 miles away. At 9 mpg and $3.50 per gallon, that's $80 for one round trip for a recall that's supposed to be free of charge. I know how this works; I'll take it there and they'll say they have to order parts and they'll let me know when they come in and to bring the van back; two round trips! I'll take it there when Ford write me a check for $160 for fuel for a recall that's supposed to be free of charge!
