I had a great experience at Rich'z today. The technicians were friendly, attentive and did a great job. The services were very reasonably priced as well. will definitely return!

My experience with the nail tech. Linda was awful. .She was extremely rude, loud and rough because I wanted to know the prices..Linda got loud with me infront of other customers.. I had to tell her to calm down and management never stepped in to control Linda. She also messed up my fill in and didn't want to fix them.. Another customer agreed with me that it looked bad, and that only made her mad. I always come here with my two little girls! (6 and 4) the staff is so good with kids and they always do a great job on our nails. We don't go anywhere else!!

I absolutely love my nails! I have been getting my nails done since high school, and I was introduced to a new style called SNS nails. It was quick and easy. It also contains Vitamin E and calcium. I will be back! And your prices and services are off the wall! Thank you!
I have been here twice now and loved it. The first time was a quick visit on my lunch break for an eyebrow wax. They got me in and out very quickly and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. About a week later I went back on a day off to get my nails done. Service was great, cleanliness was on point, my nails look amazing and the loyalty program is so great! I have nail salon hopped for years but now I have found my "nail salon home"!

I visited Rich'z for the first time today and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderfully relaxing manicure and pedicure that I really enjoyed. I was at Rich'z with my close family and some of my bridal party to get our nails done for my wedding. Everyone at Rich'z was so sweet and accommodating, they had great music playing and served us mimosas! I highly highly recommend Rich'z to anyone looking for a great nail salon!!
