This store is amazing freshest foods and prices are great
Richter's Marketplace Burlington did an amazing job for the the desserts for our daughter's wedding! They were absolutely delicious and beautiful too! Barbie and Sue were great to work with!

I have sent to messages to complain about 1 the floral department and 2 bones in the ground beef and never got a reply what so ever. Not even a we are sorry.

I am sorry Nancy, but we looked back at our messages since 2015 and we never received a message about the Floral or the ground beef. Did you send it on facebook? Or was it on our website? We will private message you and we certainly can make this right. Sorry for any inconvenience.
They have very good sales. I trust their produce and meats. I appreciate having the cold drinks in front. The employees are always going out of their way to help. They are the fastest store to open up more lanes and use the service desk when there are lines. I also like that they have coupons at the registers. I make use of the stickers on the back to help various groups.

I have stopped shopping here. The produce never seems fresh, I was constantly finding expired products on the shelves and in the dairy coolers...I shouldn't have to check the date on everything I'm buying prior to buying it. The last big turn off I had was when I saw someone cleaning the deli meat/salad cases with bleach without removing the food...the last thing I want to do is be eating a bleach flavored ham sandwich. Ever since they dropped the sentry name this place has gone further and further down hill.
Overpriced and not the quality as when Sentry. Made pepper steak, cooked it two hours, still tuff. Not the same meat quality. Wish we had Senty back
