It's my go-to store, when I need to pick up a few things on my lunch hour. Everything is top notch and staff is super helpful!
It's pathetic that I go in there to get 5 balloons filled. No one is in floral. I waited 5 minutes and no one showed up. Had to walk to the desk to have them page someone for me which I shouldn't have to do then they tell me she was on her way over there so then I go wait for another two minutes and no one shows up. Great service!!!

I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. Our Floral designer was out on a delivery at that time. So that is why we put a sign up for customers to ask at the service desk for assistance. At which point a manager has to come over. I am sure it depends on where they were at in the store as to why it took a couple minutes for them to help.
