very bad customer service bought ribs on sale, when I opened the packages they smelled rotten spoiled ect... called to see if I could exchange and was told by guy in meat department who was very rude it was out of their control wouldn't do anything. when asked so you're ok with selling bad meat I was told yes we just go around selling bad meat! I'll go elsewhere and tell others to also!!!

I always check out the Beef Sale of the week! The Beef is great at Richter's! Great quality in cooked flavor and tender meats.
I love the Deli it is beautifully set up and stocked and the employees are great!
