We had a death in the family and that was compounded by an awful experience of a different florist not being able to supply what was ordered. Richter's made a stressful last minute situation an incredibly pleasant experience. We will not use another florist as long as we live in Ballwin or the STL metro area. We are incredibly pleased with the customer service and quality of product. Thanks again!!!
My flowers were gorgeous!! I did not have any roses and they had a lot of good ideas on what would go with tulips and be springy looking. They were so beautifuly put together and i had a lot of compliments on them!
