My low rating is because of poor customer service. They did the landscaping for us and many of the plants died within a month. Sometimes that happens, I get it, however, it took over a year for them to replace the expired plants. I'm not upset over the fact that the plants died. It was the fact that it took a year of phone calls, messages left, and no return responses, and frustration before they actually did anything.
