Great father and son team. Installed 12 ft of mirrored closet doors in one hour! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and will probably do so.
The work turned out better than expected. Specifically, they repaired broken outdoor light fixture, large iron gate pulling away from existing property wall, and another iron gate with loose bolts in a wall (they actually did some cement work on it).
The fence looks fantastic, but when they installed it they cut into all five of our patio posts which we now have to fill with wood filler and then paint. They offered to do it, but we don't want to wait any longer, so we will do it ourselves. It took "forever" for them to get all the pieces, so we waited a long time. However, it does look good.
Richter was well-priced. The work was done quickly. There were only a few boards I needed to add nails to but the fence was straight and sturdy.

In the end we are pleased with the quality of our two new gates. However, some things were done wrong. The incorrect placement of the latch/lock is something we can live with, and luckily I caught them before they put the steel post in the wrong spot (4' from where it needed to be), but the second gate was to have been over 4' wide & when they completed it I measured and it was only 3'3". The gate was fixed within a week, so in the end it was all good - just a little frustrating along the way.
Our entired back fence blew down in a major windstorm and we used Home Advior/Service Magic because we'd had good luck with them before. We were not disapponted this time. Larry was very quick to get to our home and make a quote which seemed very reasonable based on others we had checked. He was very easy to work with. The work wss done incredibly quickly. Poor on returning calls if there are questions. As an example, we wanted to pay our bill in full, but did not get return calls.
