Josh was a no show on the date the job was supposed to start! I understand that it was raining around that time so we might need to reschedule but he never called to give me a heads up or reschedule. I called, texted, AND emailed Josh the day before and day of the appointment with NO response. Not very professional. Very disappointed that I have to start from ground zero now after waiting patiently for two months for him to start the job.

Fence work is good but I would always have to call or text Josh about when he was coming for both projects even when I asked him to please call or text me
October no show- STILL waiting for call back Josh got job quoted very quickly at a fair price and I finally got a date after calling back three times. The repair date came and went and three follow up calls and one email were unanswered. Thinking that he may be in the hospital/emergency, we reached out to this site to get a hold of him. Still no call back and it is now two months later. I've seen his work in our neighborhood and his fences look good but take your chances that he may or may not show.
I did hire Richter Fence but it did take some time for the work to be completed. Mostly due to another job Richter was working on but eventually my 2 side fences & 2 gates were installed. The 2 workers were quite efficient in tearing out & installing the new fences/gates. Although it did take time from selection to completion, the job did get done all in one day. I would urge better communications with your customers even if it's just "I got your message & will contact you shortly."
I am so glad I hired this company, the work he did was great the fence looks even better than I had hoped. They worked very fast . Two days for a back fence and front gate. They cleaned up all the mess. They where very pleasant to work with made the hole experience very easy Anita B.
Did job in 1 day very quick
Did an excellent job replacing fence that was damaged during the winter storm. Arrived on time and Removed all debree from old fence. Cemented in new treated posts and constructed new fence.
I did hire richter. They were reasonably priced i excellent work
work was done on time as stated.
