As a renter of 4 years in one of their properties, this company was exceptional at getting maintenance needs met, very responsive with questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent. I was new to this area and chose to rent before buying. Great place to start.

Only good the first couple of years (for landlords using this service) and after that it was nothing but trouble. They cannot collect rents on time (and for months on end) and charged the landlord for rent never collected at 'imaginary' numbers to fill their coffers. After repeated requests, they never provide proper updates. Avoid this company if you can.

Poor service - needs to get better organized. Over time, failed to collect rent on a regular basis unless you track it closely - not very professional. Leaves much to be desired.

I'm not sure how, but Ricthter & Associates find the best properties, in the nicest neighborhoods and negotiate competitive prices. I've used them a few times over the years to find great accommodations and I have never been disappointed. If you're looking for a great place, call and ask for Candace. She's brilliant to work with!
