I was speaking with a women from the Howell office since the day the property was up for rent. We wanted to see the property before applying especially since the application vaguely mentioned a $300 application fee on top of $55 to apply. We scheduled time to see the place with the lady and we had to call her the morning of the appointment. Shady at best. Explanation of $200 cleaning fee charged was inadequate and vague. House was not cleaned at all and had not been anytime recently. House was advertised as having central air on internet and it does not. Office personnel are extremely rude and do not hold customer service as a priority. We will look into options of alternatives as I would not recommend working with this company at all. The star I posted was only chosen in order to post the comment.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Me and my girlfriend were told AFTER I was already approved to rent a property that they wanted my girlfriend to fill out an application as well. Candace told me on the phone that the property was mine and they wanted her name on the lease for a couple different reasons. So I paid a $55 dollar fee just to apply for the property so I didn't see a reason to pay another $55 fee when I had already been approved.
