I just moved from Florida, the bug/pest capitol of the nation. Rich and Ryan are by far the most knowledgeable and service oriented pest experts I have met in 35 years. I will most definitely have a long term relationship with them as they are the owners, and they do the work. Huge thumbs up.
I received fast, friendly, honest service. Service was done day after i called and flies died within a hour of them being there. I would recommend service from Rich's to anyone needing pest control
I filled out a form online with interest in setting up pest control and to deal with an ant problem we had in our Kitchen. Ryan followed up promptly and clearly explained options and pricing with me. He then came out the next day to get us set up! Excellent customer service!
Ryan was professional and friendly and extremely helpful. He was able to provide service within 24 hours, explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend and I will use them again in the future. I would give 6 stars if I could.
