Great Service! Never Met The Man! Twice we have called Rich to help us with pesky appliance problems. The first time, although the convection/micro was on warranty the appliance store couldn't help us in time and it was just days before Thanksgiving. Rich agreed to come out very quickly! However, later that day the store did manage to send someone out so I called and canceled Rich. Rich's NW Appliance Repair I've been a homeowner since 1974 and have always used Rich's NW Appliance Repair. Rich is always prompt, courteous, fair and extremely helpful. When I've called for repair he's even called me a few times with suggestions on how I can fix the problem myself. Without incurring the expense of a house call. The best Bellingham and surrounding area has!! Rich is knowledgeable, honest & his pricing is usually the lowest in town.I even use Northwest Appliance Repair when one of my renters needs help and I am out of state. I trust him as I would someone in my family.....if I had someone who could fix all that Rich can. Use him for your appliance repairs...You wont be disappointed!!Sandi

The only repair guy you'll ever need. Rich has saved us so much money over the years. He's revived some pretty tired machines that I thought were past saving. His prices are great. He's always on time. He has never come across a problem at our home or our rental place,from ovens and dishwashers to washers/dryers, that he couldn't repair. He's the only guy we call!

Great Service! I was a first time customer of Riches. I called to get help with my dishwasher. The repairman came within the time slot they gave me and was honest, professional and efficient. He diagnosed my problem within minutes and was honest with what I needed. I would call them again in an instant and will also refer all my friends and family to them. Thanks!

Exceptional individual & Exceptional service When I grew up, my dad would call Rich's appliance repair for every electronic issue that came our way. The best repairman in Whatcom County We've used Rich as our appliance repairman for probably 20 years for both our home and our business. Rich is always honest, is on time, and is very professional. He is very experienced and can usually diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. If it can't be fixed for less than the cost of a replacement appliance, he lets you know. I completely trust his recommendations. The rest of the community must also know how good he is because he is always very busy.
