I tried to return some tile that wasn’t going to work in our kitchen and they would not except it. I would not recommend riches flooring at all! I have much better luck with the “big box stores in the West End. They took any surplus I had with a smile and a handshake. Did not receive that courtesy at all at riches flooring.
We have bought flooring from Rich’s for the past 25+ years and have never been disappointed. We recently had laminate installed by Wade and Tony. They did an excellent job, and were very professional and a joy to work with. The price was right, and we know Carol and her team will stand behind their product. Love our new floors!!!
got the wrong color two times. second time they said they would take care of us. got stuck paying the 500 less to have different color carpet upstairs and downstairs. i will say they have great installers though. other than that i would rather have gone anywhere else.
Rich’s has done the flooring in three rooms of our house and we’re preparing to have a 4th done now. We’ve always experienced excellent service, friendly and professional staff, quality workmanship and product.
Richard was helpful when I was struggling on what type of flooring I wanted and Chuck and Justin were entertaining and did an excellent job installing the carpet!!!
