Great car wash. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Got the $35 membership with unlimited washes and vacuums. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Rich’s is the best on the coast.
The customer service policy at this car wash is incredibly frustrating. Like every single car washes along the Gulf Coast now, they station attendants at the payment kiosk who’s sole job is to immediately start pressing buttons FOR you and launching into a loyalty membership pitch. Car washes are supposed to be self-service. I didn’t ask for help and don’t need someone taking over the screen to walk me through what is quite literally a two-button purchase.
