Service has really gone down. Wait time increased due to only one or two people working. Had to chase someone down last trip after sitting at the wax tunnel for about 10 minutes

There were about 5 people working there today and I saw people just standing inside. I always get the most expensive wash with the buff and shine. Yet this time the people were to busy doing nothing to come out to the buff and shine part. I sat there and waited and no one ever came. So I ended up paying for a service I didn’t even get.
