We have a 2003 Ford Explorer. Being 15 years old, it has needed some repairs to keep it on the road. The people at Rich's have been courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The work is done when they say it will be. And they stand behind their work. I couldn't ask for more from an auto repair shop.
I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND and use Rich’s. They could have taken advantage of my situation due to my older jeep needing repaired. I had made an appointment as the signals, wipers, and dashboard lights quit working all at once. It’s an older model and with the “symptoms” I shared, they informed me of a recall call on the ignition. Have had two alignments done here (two different vehicles) and a few other small problems that popped up and were always willing to fix and repair without damaging the wallet. Great friendly staff and awesome techs in the back. Keep up the great work Rich’s
Absolutely the best Auto services around. You are greeted with a warm Hello every time, not to mention the quality of work from the mechanics to the service in the front that gets things rolling. Very reasonable in pricing.
