Oct 21st i drove my bfs car to Columbus for an appointment. It broke down. I was towed to your shop. When we left the car we said when we picked it up, leave it unlocked with the key inside. We needed to pay 45$ for a diagnostic test. We dropped the money off on saturday 10/24 and put it in the drop box. The next Monday we were told the key would be sent back to us. Recommendedhad another shop install some front end parts an said I was good to go an that they TRIPLE! checked everything over an still wasnt right so took it to riches an they figured everything out in a day!, this is the only shop I'm going to take my vehicles too!, have taken 2 trucks their an they always find everything bad an needs replaced an call you with quote first! they have never disappointed me! been to several other shops around me an none come anywhere near to Riches!
Worst experience I have ever had when trying to get my car repaired.
They were all very nice to us. The reception area is nicer than some doctor's offices. They were very helpful and honest and had my car repaired before I expected at a very reasonable price. We will be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone.
