The consultation was very thorough and the staff were very caring to my dogs ailments. Premises are very clean.
Thankyou so very much to both Dr Poon & Dr Winters for their help with my old cat Bella. Such compassionate, thoughtful and informed care from the both of them! Every other member of staff was incredibly lovely and helpful although I didn’t get any names. We (more so I, she shows no remorse) apologise for her evil behaviour when trying to retrieve a urine sample
