We had to put down our beloved, little 14yo Jack Russell after some rapid health deterioration. Trinidy and Dr. Azad supported us from the initial phone call, explaining the process and post-care options. Everything happened with ease and with a sense of calm. They approached our appointment with compassion and professionalism and allowed us to take as much time as we needed. They even let my son give Diesel a chocolate as his final treat.
