Frank, the owner, is an EXCELLENT GUY and he is very honest and helpful, and explained EVERYTHING about how my car's transmission works, etc. With a three year/50,000 warranty and the integrity of Frank, this has been the best experience dealing with a car repair, I have ever had. I strongly recommend Richmond Transmission Service! I backed my SUV out of my driveway but was unable to put it in gear. I thought my transmission was shot! I contacted Richmond Transmission told Frank what my SUV was doing and he determined that it was a broken cable and NOT the transmission. What I thought was going to be a $3500 bill ended up costing me less than $1000! Frank and Dustin were totally honest and had me up and running in a few days. I definitely plan on taking my cars there for additional work!
I don't trust anyone else with my car. I'm a delivery driver, with a car over 100k miles on it. I need honesty, fair prices, and knowledge across the board. I get that here every time.
