Amazing property!! The best amenities, well kept landscaping, and the greatest management I’ve ever dealt with!!! If they have openings you better get it fast!!! Can’t find better I promise.
Run for the hills!! The first property owners here were greystar when I moved in. They were pretty good for the most part. Now there is a new property owner/ management (called UNITED APARTMENT ASSOCIATION). They have not even been here 60 days & already have had a horrible experience with them. Regarding a fee that I should have not been charged. I have spoken with the NEW property manager who’s name is KIM! Team was very helpful and efficient in helping me lineup my move from out of state. The property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the price is great for the location. The garage is a definite plus. You will not regret your decision to make this property your next home.
Very nice property!! Dog friendly!! Professional & polite staff members ♡♡♡. I am pleased with the level of detail being taken in preparing the apartment for my arrival. Overall, the experience is great, Shelley (mngr) is super nice and is really helpful!!
Love it here but dislike the community being pet friendly. The owners are not picking up after the pets.
