Richmond towers definetly delivers!! The property manager, Brenda is always an absolute pleasure to engage with. The grounds are superbly kept clean and for the entire stay, nearly 5 years never once had an issue with the southwestern facing unit on the tenth floor at the end of the hall. I will miss those early morning sunrises everyday. Keep up the great work boardwalk and staff.
The woman who gives tours is extremely rude. She should not be in a position where she deals with people.
Worst maintenance .There is a lot of water leaking from ceiling please don’t rent here at all.
The building exterior is maintained, but the suites feel outdated and don’t justify the yearly rent increases, especially when rents are dropping elsewhere. It’s disappointing to see little focus on customer satisfaction or appreciation for long term tenants.
