My time living here was really good. Everything worked as they should. It's a well maintained building and staff are friendly. My move in and move out inspection was done by Brenda and I had a wonderful experience with her. She is the best!
I had a great stay at Richmond Towers. Location is surrounded by amenities. Maintenance and Leasing officers are very helpful, shoutout to Brenda. My only gripe is that some folks smoke on their units and it fills the hallways with secondhand smoke. Other than that, it was a nice stay!
It’s good in maintenance but very bad in administration office
Richmond towers definetly delivers!! The property manager, Brenda is always an absolute pleasure to engage with. The grounds are superbly kept clean and for the entire stay, nearly 5 years never once had an issue with the southwestern facing unit on the tenth floor at the end of the hall. I will miss those early morning sunrises everyday. Keep up the great work boardwalk and staff.
