I had a CTIF procedure with Dr. Smith and Dr. Bradenham In November. Prior to the procedure, I asked nurse Barb if all of the appropriate pre-authorizations had been submitted because my insurance company said they hadn't. Nurse. Barb assured me that they would not be moving forward with my procedure if everything wasn't in place. I had a horrible experience with my procedure. First visit today to the office being a new patient. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The doctor and the PA both were very reassuring and knowledgeable about diagnosis. Calmed my nerves with detailed explanation of procedure. So happy!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Richmond Surgical. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. My appointment with Dr. Clifford Smith was the best experience I've had in a long time. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and is working to schedule follow-up tests. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff.

I had a double mastectomy done and throughout this whole ordeal the staff was very helpful. Dr. Hutchins is very kind, pleasant informative, and her assistant always been so nice and sweet to me. I thank them all for being there for me during this time.

They get the job done right, help with the setup and aftermath, and understand the paranoia that's associated with it. They are some of the best people in their field of work. They help with everything they can and tolerate all the dumb things I say with a smile. Great people.
