These people at this practice from the front office, to the nurses, to my beloved Dr Deal are very warm, caring, knowledgeable/skilled. I travel to the from Fredericksburg because they're worth it. I truly believe the Lord lead me to him/them 🙏🏻🙌🏻♥️
The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and apologetic. I never met the doctor because I was never called back. My appointment was at 3:30 but I got there at 3:00 I ended up leaving at 4:20 because they never called me back. Time is precious.
I was very pleased with the office staff, nurse, and doctor during the initial visit. I am going into the surgery feeling confident.
Everyone was so prompt and very friendly. The Surgeon was extremely reassuring and very thorough with their explantion of things and what I should expect.
