I have had the opportunity to meet and work with Dr. Hutchins and her team because I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2025. Dr. Hutchins was very kind and caring. She took the time to walk me through different scenarios. She listened to my concerns about a lumpectomy vs. mastectomy and let me know the goal would be lumpectomy. This is not something anyone wants to go through clearly but this office has been amazing with everything from sending me to an oncologist to surgery to my post op appointment for a lumpectomy. ... read more
Everyone was very nice and helpful.Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and he definitely explained everything to me so I could understand. I feel very comfortable and confident.
I love this practice. The Dr Hutchins & the staff are absolutely wonderful! They are there during one of scariest times of your life, but they are kind, patient and reassuring. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly & make sure I understand everything. They answer all of my questions and never rush. If I HAVE to go through Breast Cancer I am so glad to have the staff of Richmond Surgical at my side!!
I see Dr Deal who is a great surgeon and has the most pleasant bedside manner. He makes you feel valued and cared about. Staff is great as well.
