Hi Charlie, most newspapers, including The Register, Courier-Journal, Herald-Leader and others, have now gone to Total Access subscriptions which offer subscribers access to content both online and in print. This eliminated print subscribers paying for content that online readers received for free. We do offer non-subscribers limited access each month (about 5-7 articles) and we do have digital only subscriptions available. --- Jonathan Greene, Editor
