Howard comes across as a friendly individual, but when it comes to depositing your money on time, and record keeping there is something left to be desired. I hired him to manager my property in August of 2015, and I retained his services for 3 years. As in the fine print of our agreement it states that he will receive 6% upon the sale of my house, he would ask me about selling more regularly than I would receive monthly owners statements. They found me the perfect place! My move in and out was simple, easy and they made it very stress free.
