You wont go wrong trusting Richmond Realty. They managed a property that my wife and I rented from, and it went very well. From beginning to end, Howard was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He laid everything out for us and answered all our questions perfectly. Howard comes across as a friendly individual, but when it comes to depositing your money on time, and record keeping there is something left to be desired. I hired him to manager my property in August of 2015, and I retained his services for 3 years. As in the fine print of our agreement it states that he will receive 6% upon the sale of my house, he would ask me about selling more regularly than I would receive monthly owners statements. Howard and Doredda were amazing! I contacted them through Richmond Reality Hawaii when I was in need of a place. I used them for almost three years and I couldn't be happier. They found me the perfect place! My move in and out was simple, easy and they made it very stress free. I even deployed during that time and they assured me that if I need someone to check on the place while I was gone they would be happy to do it!
